MASSAGE + ENERGY + REIKI COMBO

Service Description

A combination of relaxation massage, energy flow - light language, gentle breath work, invitation to visualise and meditate with a sprinkling of reiki... Relaxation massage helps to bring your body into a place of calm. The strokes in relaxation are different to those of a remedial massage (please note the difference between relaxation and remedial; I am not trained in remedial massage only relaxation) It can also help to move toxins around and out of your physical body, creating an ideal environment to release, let go and surrender into the here and now! Reiki helps to rebalance and bring into alignment, move stuck energy and infuse light and love into the being. If nothing else your aura will get a massage and your body a blessing. Come ready to release and receive. All of you is welcome here, if you find yourself purging emotions, crying, feeling sick, hot or old these are all welcome and part of the process, tho don't let that alarm you. For most a session is calming and soothing to the whole being and nervous system. Whatever happens will be perfect for you and you will be ready for! * Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time begins to allow yourself time to land. If this is your first session you will need to fill out an intake form. Sessions are 1 hour - $80 * Please don't allow the price to be a barrier if you would like to work with me. Reach out and we will see what we can do for you! * Sessions are held at my place of residence, please be respectful of the space. Park around the back in the yard, and come in via the back gate. There are multiple doors, look for one attached directly to the house. I will be looking out for you so don't stress too much!
