WHAT TO EXPECT
RIVER EDITION - LOCATION CHANGE for this month ONLY we will be UP AT THE RIVER - at a location between Halbury and Balaklava on the Wakefield River.
1pm - 5pm (please arrive from 12:30pm to allow adequate time to land, unpack and begin without rush, its really important that we start on time so we plenty of time and space to move through each of the invitaions and explore with spaciousness)
INVITATION — Breathe and connect to self, to others, and to earth. While I flow with the energy of the day, this usually includes guided meditation and/or breath work (though nothing is guaranteed).
