WHAT TO EXPECT —

1pm - 5pm (please arrive from 12:30pm to allow adequate time to land, unpack and begin without rush, its really important that we start on time so we plenty of time and space to move through each of the invitaions and explore with spaciousness)
INVITATION — Breathe and connect to self, to others, and to earth. While I flow with the energy of the day, this usually includes guided meditation and/or breath work (though nothing is guaranteed).

Authentic Relating/Tantric/Connection games — These invite you deeper into energy awareness and human connection. You might be invited to look someone in the eye, but remember: everything is optional—you always have choice. We might pull cards, climb trees, dance, or scream...who knows!?
