I am endlessly fascinated and lit up by what it is to connect.
In the end it's what we as humans are here for, and at our core desire; to connect with ourselves and with the world around us.

My desire is to create spaces where we can come home to the body, more fully, in more moments and live from this embodied space of connection, with self, and then with others..
Spaces outside of ourselves that are safe to explore our inner world mean we can come home to the things that live within, that may have caused us to leave the body and disconnect.

I'm a tree climber, a dancer, a creative in so many ways, my expression pours out of me in colours, in cooking and in movement; as noise, as conversation woven, as words, written and spoken and sung.
I'm an adventurer, an explorer, a questioner.
An Avatar.
I am a reflective deep being, a wild woman, a free spirit, a witch and a seer. I hold space and create intimacy with presence and the invitation of my own being.
I am in awe of myself.
I love the words awe and wonder and delight; the words play and fun; goddess and dignity, magic and oooffftt and what they alight in me.
How my body feels them.
I love that some things cannot be put into words, they must be felt deeply in the body and come oozing or skipping, dancing, moving, sometimes bubbling out from within as moans and groans and yelps, giggles or shouts and shrieks of joy.
I am a soul in a body, woven together in this lifetime, discovering myself in each new moment, desiring myself with each new wonder that I am me one we are here. I desire connection with the world around , my curiosity is strong and deep and playful.
I am a woman, fierce, powerful
Soft and strong and beautiful
Rooted, grounded.
Authentic, deep, full and knowing.
I am a concept and an enigma.
An experience, expression itself.
Multifaceted.
One thus unshaped to fit in less and less of the old boxes.
I am a poet and an artist.
A weaver of stories, of hearts, of seemingly unconnected things, one who brings together and a dancer with desire.
Intimacy lives here.
I feel things deeply and fully and am becoming increasingly unafraid to be seen in my raw expression.
